Eligibility Period:
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order (based on the carrier’s delivery confirmation). Returns beyond this period will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

Item Condition:
- Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- All free gifts (e.g., warranty cards, accessories) must be included.
Required Documentation:
- Original order number or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

Step 1: Submit a Request

Log into your account, navigate to "Order History," and click "Request a Return," OR email info@megaoserfers.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Await Approval

We will review your request within 1-3 business days and email you a Return Authorization (RMA) Number and return address.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it via a trackable carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx).
Retain your shipping receipt until the refund is processed!

Timing:
- Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Method:
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Processing times vary by bank (typically 3-5 business days).
Deductions:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective/wrong item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
- For size/color exchanges, note your preference in the return request for priority handling.
Defective/Wrong Items:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery (include photos/video proof) for a free replacement, refund, or return shipping label.
